In this guided, live workshop you’ll learn how to tackle challenges, obstacles, or confusing life circumstances by developing your “inner advice” and game plan your next steps.
This is a thought provoking online course designed to stimulate creative problem solving, generate actionable decision making, and encourage participants to explore their challenge in an uplifting and transformative way.
The instruction will guide you to a deeper awareness of what you should do in your circumstance, present you with an array of tools for your “mental toolbox,” and conclude with you gaining a better understanding of how to approach other challenges in your life. You will leave with a series of solutions.
Select participants are able to share and gain feedback at the end of the course if they choose and we conclude with a short Q and A section.
This course includes an array of workshop materials mailed or emailed to participants depending on the date of signup.
This virtual workshop is held via Zoom, onThursday, September 19th, 2024 during two time slots at 4:00 p.m. PT / 7:00 p.m. ET and 7:00 p.m. PT / 10:00 p.m. ET.
