We do our best to help you maintain your pieces and reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs when mailing your item(s) in for maintenance.
We are not responsible for any lost packages during transit so please make sure you ship Priority mail through USPS as it generally comes with $50 insurance.
