In this dynamic one-hour session, you’ll discover powerful gratitude practices, dive into fun group games that spark fresh perspectives, and create beautiful handcrafted love notes to send to someone special whether they are a close friend, loved one or partner.
This is an enjoyable experience with the perfect blend of creativity and connection, designed to help you strengthen relationships with others while nurturing your own self-reflection.
With all materials provided, you’ll be ready to mail out your heartfelt messages by the end of the workshop!
This course includes an array of workshop materials mailed or emailed to participants depending on the date of signup.
This virtual workshop is held via Zoom, onSunday, October 27th, 2024 during two time slots at 4:00 p.m. PT / 7:00 p.m. ET and 6:00 p.m. PT / 9:00 p.m. ET.
